Meet Jessica
Welcome to the team, Jess!
We’re excited to introduce the newest member of the MIX Property Group team, Jess Grant, who has recently joined our growing Property Management department.
Jess comes to MIX with a background in hairdressing, along with property management experience, giving her some valuable insight into the industry and what’s involved in looking after both property owners and tenants.
Her background in hairdressing has also given Jess a strong foundation in building relationships, listening to people and delivering exceptional customer service. A true people person, she brings a warm and approachable nature, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
These qualities translate perfectly into property management, where clear communication, trust and strong relationships are so important.
Working alongside our experienced Property Management team, Jess will be involved in the day-to-day management of our growing portfolio, assisting our owners and tenants and helping ensure we continue to provide the responsive and personalised service our clients expect from MIX.
Her previous experience has given her an understanding of the fast-paced and varied nature of property management, while her customer service background brings another valuable perspective to the role.
We’re thrilled to have Jess joining us and look forward to seeing her continue to grow and develop her career in property management.
