The Lester Family Wild Places Fund was established with an initial $10,000 contribution within the Tasmanian Land Conservancy Foundation.
The fund represents something we want to build beyond MIX - a lasting family contribution to the protection and care of Tasmania's wild places.
From here, every qualifying MIX property settlement adds another $250 to the fund.
Capital held within the TLC Foundation is invested through environmental and ethical screening. Income generated by the Foundation provides an ongoing source of funding for conservation management and ecological monitoring across the Tasmanian Land Conservancy's permanent reserves.
